We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team.
Production: Operate various equipment (including CNC) to manufacture parts according to work instructions and blueprints.
Setup & Quality: Perform machine setups and coordinate with the Quality Department for part sign-offs.
Workflow: Prioritize assignments with supervisors to meet daily production schedules and customer demands.
Maintenance: Ensure a clean, organized workspace and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Documentation: Complete all required production and regulatory logs accurately.
Experience: Previous Machine Operator experience required; CNC experience is a major plus.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, safety rules, and operating manuals.
Soft Skills: Strong basic math, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in Lean manufacturing, converting, or continuous improvement.
Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Strong close-range and color vision.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00
