Job description

Job Description

•Own execution of the Code Engine modernization program, ensuring zero disruption to the existing sales process
• Coordinate across 17 impacted teams, aligning timelines, milestones, and readiness plans
• Track and manage dependencies across teams, including close partnership with Kamal’s organization
• Translate the larger program roadmap into team level implementation plans and mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain program plans, timelines, and milestone tracking using Google Sheets
• Drive accountability by proactively following up with stakeholders to keep teams aligned to the roadmap
• Facilitate weekly program syncs and deliver clear, concise status updates to the broader program leadership team
• Serve as the central communication hub, coordinating primarily through Slack
• Act as a change agent, helping teams understand the “why” behind the modernization and adopt Agile practices aligned to their pain points
• Identify risks early and surface mitigation plans, tradeoffs, and impacts to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager leading complex, cross functional initiatives
• Proven experience managing large, multi team programs (10+ teams) with heavy dependencies
• Strong technical background, ideally with:
o Data platforms (storage, distribution, consumption)
o Large scale or distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver modernization initiatives without disrupting business critical workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to lead through influence, not authority
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams across regions and time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive level status reporting
• Hands on experience with Agile delivery environments and change management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting sales adjacent or revenue impacting platforms
• Background working in enterprise SaaS environments
• Prior Salesforce ecosystem exposure (internal tools, data orgs, platform teams)
• Experience driving process or tooling modernization initiatives
• Comfort operating in data heavy organizations with engineers, analysts, and business operations partners
