Salesforce Developer Role :
As a member of the company’s information technology team, the Salesforce Developer is responsible for development, testing, and deployment of technology components. The position will participate in Salesforce Development within the Salesforce team, and will contribute to the overall design and implementation of the evolving enterprise Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for delivery and implementation of Salesforce components.
Essential Functions :
- Deliver innovative solutions that provide value to both internal and external end users.
- Develop, maintain, monitor, and support Salesforce technology solutions.
- Consult and partner with the architecture team on current software and data priorities.
- Establish and adhere to coding standards, contributing to their definition and improvement. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices, including appropriate design patterns.
- Comply to guidance with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology and governance strategies.
- Utilize skills that span across disciplines and comfortably play different roles in more than just one area.
- Work hand and hand with the Dev / Ops team to solidify and enhance our CI / CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot software issues, data accuracy and performance issues.
- Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and Core Values.

Compensation :
Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $110,000 to $125,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
