Establishes internal procedures to secure adequate control in terms of deadlines, progress reports, and directives.
Maintain a variety of reports about personnel and pay actions utilizing the automated personnel database.
Conduct statistical analysis of training events, promotions, awards, etc., to identify problem areas, deficiencies, or imbalances.
Keep training resources available for employees to peruse for training opportunities.
Work directly with operating level managers regarding all aspects of administrative management.
Serves as a liaison with the Human Resources Office to resolve issues and problems applicable to personnel actions.
