UI Developer Bring Design to Life in Real Products Are you someone who sits comfortably between design and development? Do you enjoy working directly from Figma files and turning polished designs into interfaces people actually use? We’re looking for a UI Developer who can take high-fidelity designs and translate them into clean, responsive, production-ready user interfaces for large-scale applications. This is a hands-on, design-adjacent role. You’ll be in Figma daily, working closely with UX designers, product partners, and engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently across applications. A portfolio is required as part of the submission process. What You’ll Do Build user interfaces directly from Figma designs, including components, layouts, and interaction patterns Work closely with designers to understand intent, ask clarifying questions, and resolve gaps during implementation Translate high-fidelity designs into reusable, maintainable UI components using modern front-end frameworks Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services Ensure UI implementations are responsive, performant, and consistent across browsers and devices Identify opportunities to reuse components and improve UI consistency across the application What We’re Looking For Experience as a UI Developer or Front End Developer supporting UI-heavy applications Strong, hands-on experience with FIGMA is required, including working from complex design files and design systems Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue Strong attention to visual detail including spacing, typography, layout, and interactions Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where design and development move in parallel Portfolio Requirement Portfolio submission is required and should include recent UI or front-end work Examples should demonstrate accurate translation from design to working interface Production or shipped work is preferred over concept-only designs What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
