Transaction Analyst

As a Transaction Analyst at JLL, you'll be at the heart of our transaction management operations, supporting the complete lifecycle of commercial lease transactions in a dynamic, high-volume environment. In this role, you'll manage everything from property onboarding and lease drafting through closeout and financial processing, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and care. You'll work closely with Transaction Managers and client stakeholders to abstract and analyze lease documents, maintain critical database systems, and coordinate the seamless flow of transaction packages from initiation to completion. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees and your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential to delivering the exceptional service our clients expect. This position offers regular in-office collaboration and provides an excellent opportunity to build foundational expertise in commercial real estate while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career as you develop your skills in this fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like:

  • Review transaction packages using established checklists, verify completeness of all required documentation, and communicate any deficiencies to transaction managers promptly
  • Monitor designated email channels for executed transactions, complete database closeouts in a timely manner, and organize electronic files according to established protocols
  • Submit invoices and supporting documentation to the finance team, ensuring all required materials are complete, properly formatted, and filed appropriately
  • Participate in special projects and data management initiatives, delivering accurate results on deadline while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Build productive working relationships with client teams, transaction managers, and leadership through responsive service, clear communication, and consistently high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or related field
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate leases and fundamental CRE concepts and terminology
  • Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while knowing when to seek guidance and escalate issues appropriately
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong client service orientation
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative information effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass JLL and client-mandated background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with industry tools such as CoStar or similar commercial real estate databases
  • Previous exposure to lease administration, transaction coordination, or commercial real estate operations
  • Active real estate brokerage or salesperson license
  • Familiarity with company-specific account management programs or database systems
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing and mutual support drive collective success
