Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting enterprise users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• Provide on-site support for desktop, voice, and local services at primary and disaster recovery sites.
• Assist users with walk-up, phone, and email support, ensuring quick incident resolution.
• Manage hardware stock and perform replacement or swaps of faulty equipment using company-owned resources.
• Log incidents and service requests accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Implement small service improvements based on recurring user feedback to enhance support quality.
• What's Needed?
• Proficiency with Intune / MECM for application deployment and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10 / 11 operating systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including trading tools and Bloomberg.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage local hardware stock and perform basic hardware repairs.
