Field-Based Relationship And Lead Generation Role

This is a field-based relationship and lead generation role. You will be:

Visiting property management offices in person
Dropping off marketing materials, gifts, and branded items
Making warm calls and sending follow-up emails
Scheduling lunches, meetings, and site visits
Staying in consistent contact with industry professionals

If you are not comfortable walking into offices, introducing yourself, and following up repeatedly, this role is not a fit.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Field Outreach

Make regular in-person visits to HOA and property management companies
Represent the company professionally and consistently
Build familiarity and trust over time

Lead Generation

Identify and research target companies
Conduct outreach via phone and email
Set meetings and coordinate appointments

Follow-Up & Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects
Track interactions and ensure consistent follow-up
Support long-term relationship development

Organization & Tracking

Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems
Manage schedules, outreach lists, and follow-ups
Report activity and results

What We Are Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, polished English required)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with in-person outreach and repeated follow-up
Able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Self-motivated and accountable

Preferred:

Background in customer service, admin support, or sales coordination
Familiarity with property management, HOA, or construction industries
Experience using CRM systems

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000
Performance-based bonus tied to meetings and lead generation
Mileage reimbursement or travel support
Budget for client visits (meals, gifts, marketing materials)
Growth opportunity into higher-level business development roles

Consistent weekly outreach activity
Increasing number of scheduled meetings
Strong presence with HOA and property management companies
