Campaign Coordinator
AdCellerant is an award-winning tech-enabled services company that has brought Madison Avenue-level digital marketing solutions to Main Street businesses since 2013. We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Campaign Coordinator to support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively with both internal teams and external partners, and is eager to learn and grow within the digital media space. A significant portion of this role will involve building campaigns across leading DSPs, including The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Meta, and Amazon.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Coordination & Queue Management
- Review incoming campaign requests to ensure all required details and assets are complete and accurate
- Identify missing information and proactively communicate with partners to gather required inputs
- Maintain organized tracking of campaign statuses, including pending items and follow-ups
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure campaigns stay on track for launch
- Escalate issues or delays to internal stakeholders when necessary
- Ensure smooth handoff of fully completed campaigns to activation teams
2. Campaign Setup & Execution (DSP-Focused)
- Build campaigns within platforms such as:
- The Trade Desk
- StackAdapt
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Amazon DSP
- Ensure accuracy of all campaign inputs including targeting, audiences, creatives, and budgets
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between campaign requirements and provided inputs
- Maintain high attention to detail when configuring campaigns to ensure quality and performance readiness
- Update campaigns as changes or optimizations are requested by partners or internal teams
3. Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners
- Clearly communicate requirements, timelines, and updates to stakeholders
- Ask questions when information is unclearthis role values curiosity and clarity over assumptions
- Escalate updates, changes, and outstanding items to ensure transparency across teams
4. Quality Assurance & Ongoing Support
- Review campaign setups to ensure accuracy before launch
- Make necessary corrections and updates as needed
- Support Campaign Managers and Senior Campaign Managers with campaign maintenance and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to Account Executives or Operations leadership when appropriate
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with both partners and internal teams
- Comfort asking questions and seeking clarity when needed
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital advertising environment
- Interest in programmatic and paid media platforms (DSPs) (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through on tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, coursework, or early professional experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media planning
- Familiarity with or interest in programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Meta Ads Manager, or Amazon DSP
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (CPM, CTR, targeting, audiences, etc.)
- Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data tracking and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Location Information
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
Annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
