A rapidly growing, globally recognized premium pet food company to hire a Logistics Operations Coordinator. This is a high-visibility role supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations for an international brand that blends 200+ years of heritage with aggressive U.S. expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and customer orders
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Manage inventory documentation and logistics tracking
- Handle export paperwork and customs-related documentation
- Communicate with vendors, 3PL providers, and shipping carriers
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, accounting, and customer service
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain
- Experience with purchase orders, shipments, or order processing
- Familiarity with 3PLs, distribution, or shipping carriers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bonus points for:
- QuickBooks or accounting exposure
- EDI / SPS Commerce experience
- Import/export or customs documentation
