Work Location: This is a hybrid position based out of our Lansing Corporate Office.
Training and Development Support Coordinator : We are searching for a
Training and Development Support Coordinator to perform duties in some or all of the following functional areas: training event set up and planning, general administration including ordering, record keeping, event management, assisting with instructor led training courses, and training program administration.
What you will do: - Assist with planning training events for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK brands as well as the Michigan Support Center.
- Support Subject Matter Experts in developing presentations, materials, and training content
- Coordinate training evaluations, metrics, and surveys; analyze results and track improvements
- Manage training communications, calendars, webinars, and Training Mag MVP Award submissions
- Provide backup Tier 1 LMS support in coordination with the Training Technology Team
- Track and communicate required training attendance for franchisees
- Administer franchise recognition program
What you will bring: • Associate’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative function
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure; can adapt to adjustments in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Excellent organizational skills
Compensation: Pay ranges at SMB are designed to reflect skills, experience, and business needs. The range shown excludes location-based adjustments, and most new hires start below the top of the range. For this role, the estimated range starts at $21 per hour
