Manufacturing Engineer II
A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join their team. This is a hands-on role supporting cable and harness manufacturing, focused on improving processes, driving quality, and supporting production operations. The company offers a stable, team-oriented environment with strong visibility and growth potential.
Manufacturing Engineer II Responsibilities: Provide technical support for manufacturing processes related to cable and harness products Drive continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis, and problem solving Create and maintain production documentation including BOMs, routings, and work instructions Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements Design tooling and fixtures to support efficient production Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams Support RFQs, cost analysis, and production planning Maintain configuration management and implement engineering changes Provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) support throughout production
Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing preferred Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis Background in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and configuration management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday) in a stable manufacturing environment with strong team culture and opportunities for advancement.
