This role is critical in ensuring loans are closed within 24 hours, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and investor guideline adherence. The processor will handle

a queue of 40–50 loans, performing corrections and restructuring as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Process and correct loan files to meet 24-hour closing deadlines.
• Review and update Cash to Close, DTI, and Seller Credits at closing.
• Restructure loans based on last-minute changes and investor requirements.
• Analyze borrower documentation including credit reports, bank statements, and income verification.
• Apply Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines to ensure compliance.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
