Duties include but are not limited to :
- Ensure loan documents are complete and accurate according to policy. This includes data entry of member information into Credit Union systems as required. Monitor e-mail boxes, scan folders and fax server.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with Lending procedures and Credit Union guidelines.
- Resolve loan related problems.
- Review and submit loans for auto drafts.
- Interact with Branch Staff, Dealers, and Dealer Representatives with a team player mindset to assist in resolving any issues with missing or incorrect documents or data entry on open loan applications, assist in system or loan application errors, and general loan / velocity / product questions.
- Run extended security checks as needed on Indirect member account exceptions.
- Assist in testing software changes on Lending system and host system.
- Maintain current knowledge of the features and benefits of all Credit Union products and services to enable effective cross-selling.

Requirements
This position requires to be service-oriented, self-motivated and to be able to work a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High School degree or equivalent; and one-year relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of computer equipment and software required including Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of state and federal laws.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
This position is hybrid and pay range is $18-$23.
