JOB DESCRIPTION
Order Picker Warehouse Associate:
• Picking/Packing - Hyundai/KIA auto parts weighing up 50 lbs.
• Must pay attention to detail (pick accurately)
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be able to work with a hand held scanner
• Some OT on Saturdays (must be flexible to work, if and when needed)
• Training will be a day or two until comfortable to work independently
• Can be fast paced at times and will be on feet all day (walking or standing)
• Perfect Attendance Lottery - weekly could win a $50 Amazon gift card
PPE / DRESS
• Steel toed shoes required (Must supply own - NO Caps)
• Gloves (provided)
• Vest (provided)
• No masks required (optional)
HOW DO YOU GET HIRED ON?
• Eligible to be hired on after 3 months or 520 hours (Attendance is key, GED or equivalent)
• Work week Monday - Friday & Saturdays as needed.
• Long term to direct hire position
• 8 hour shift (1st week only) 10 hours afterward. Associates will work up to 12 hour shifts after 30 days.
• 2 -15 minute paid breaks
• 1 - 30 minute unpaid lunch
• $1.62 increase after being hired on, plus benefits.
