We're seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a growing food production team. In this role, you'll operate packaging and filling equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure products are packaged safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Operate packaging and filling equipment for dairy products.
• Monitor machines to ensure smooth production and packaging operations.
• Inspect containers for proper seals, labels, dates, weights, and overall quality.
• Identify and remove defective products from production lines.
• Adjust machines for different container sizes and production runs.
• Record production and quality data throughout the shift.
• Communicate equipment issues and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow safety and food production procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience working in refrigerated environments.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and quality inspections.
• Experience working around common food allergens.

• Full-time position
• Refrigerated food production environment
• Exposure to dairy products and other common allergens, including eggs and nuts
• Standing, walking, and monitoring production equipment throughout the shift

Pay and Benefits
