Position SummaryPrideStaff, a staffing company based in Bend, Oregon, is looking for a hands-on
Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a production environment for a local company in the aviation space. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing production activities to ensure products are made safely, on time, and within quality standards. The Production Manager will supervise production staff, coordinate schedules, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.
This position requires a strong detail-oriented leader with manufacturing leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution and collaborating closely with team members across production, quality, engineering, supply chain & operations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production to meet customer deadlines and company goals.
- Supervise, train, and support production employees, including assigning work and monitoring performance.
- Ensure products manufactured according to quality standards, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of recent manufacturing experience, including prior supervisory or management responsibility.
- Experience in a small or mid-sized manufacturing environment preferred.
