Operations Manager

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for our client in Fremont, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in technology manufacturing, overseeing day-to-day business operations while driving operational excellence across multiple functional areas. The Operations Manager will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic business objectives. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams including Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Administration, and global stakeholders to optimize processes, improve performance, and support business growth. The position offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily business operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent execution of operational objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Monitor operational KPIs and business metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships while overseeing inventory management, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Administration, customers, and global headquarters to drive operational alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, cost control efforts, and prepare business cases and operational reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive operations experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven success driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing operational metrics, reporting tools, and data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with project management and business systems such as Excel, ERP systems, Asana, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of the RMA lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
