$20.00 – $30.00/hour + Monthly Performance Bonus
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Position Overview:
This is a high-accountability leadership role for an individual who can drive sales performance, execute operational standards, and lead from the front.
At BLISS Car Wash, Site Managers are expected to take full responsibility for their site from membership growth to team performance and daily execution.
This role is best suited for leaders who are comfortable being measured by results and held to high standards.
