1/ Job responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultation throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver effective solutions and after-sales support.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Follow up on customer inquiries and business opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer portfolio.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high service quality and long-term partnerships.
2/ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or other related engineering disciplines.
More than 1 year of experience in B2B technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
Background in industrial, manufacturing, electronics, automation, energy, or engineering-related industries is preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Good command of English.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits.
Chinese or Japanese language skills are an advantage.
