Aerospace Production Operations Manager
PrideStaff in Bend, Oregon is partnering with a local aviation manufacturer to hire a hands-on leader to run day-to-day factory operations. If you thrive on turning plans into on-time, high-quality output, this role puts you at the center of the action.

You close the loop by capturing improvements for safer, faster, and more consistent production.
What You’ll Lead
- Daily planning, scheduling, and oversight to meet delivery commitments and production goals.
- Front-line leadership: assign work, train operators and technicians, and review performance.
- Quality stewardship: confirm conformance to drawings, specifications, and documented processes.
- Continuous improvement across the shop floor with a hands-on approach.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–7 years of recent manufacturing experience with proven supervisory or management duties.
- Background in small to mid-sized manufacturing environments is preferred.
