Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work on IT assignments of moderate difficulty under the direction of a more senior mentor to build a well-rounded skillset.
- Escalate issues and questions to management, as necessary.
- Participate in group discussions with peers or external groups to solution problems of moderate scope.
- Participate in meetings to gain process knowledge and guidance on assigned projects.
- Read, understand, and perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
- Approach challenges and create solutions with a critical thinking and customer service mindset.
- Prepare standard reports and presentation materials.
- Contribute to the development of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation guidelines.
- Apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify potential gaps in testing strategies and propose solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to improve coding practices and ensure maintainability of automation scripts.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in AI, automation tools, and Python frameworks to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in evaluating and integrating AI-driven testing tools and platforms to improve quality assurance processes.
