Large law firm is currently looking to hire an entry level receptionist to manage the front desk and assist lawyers and staff. This position does not require previous law firm experience. The position involves constant contact with clients so professionalism is a must! Hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-4:30 pm.
Job Duties:
Answer client calls, redirect as necessary or take appropriate messages
Administrative duties such as sorting mail and scanning when necessary
Answer basic questions over the phone for potential or existing clients to the law firm
Assist paralegals, lawyers, and staff with all projects as needed
Data Entry & Filing
Requirements:
Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
