Job Summary :

We are hiring a mid-level Android Developer to join our Application Engineering team in delivering high-quality Android mobile applications. You’ll design, build, and maintain native Android apps with a focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture . This role involves tight collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement through agile practices. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Write clean and maintainable code using industry best practices.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle — from concept through maintenance.
  • Debug issues and optimize app performance.
  • Conduct unit and automated testing using Espresso and Android tools.
  • Review code and contribute to a culture of code quality and technical excellence.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards .

Required Experience :

  • years in native mobile development , with a focus on Android.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java .
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose , Android SDK, and UI principles.
  • Developed and maintained Android libraries using Gradle / Maven .
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  • Comfortable with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Fastlane.
  • Exposure to multiple design patterns : MVVM, MVC, MVP, Clean Architecture, etc.
  • Strong unit and integration testing experience.

    • Nice-to-Have Experience :

  • Familiarity with Bluetooth, BT Profiles, OAuth , Digital Key, Core Bluetooth, External Accessory, iAP .
  • Agile and test-driven development environments.
  • Remote team collaboration and continuous integration.
  • Understanding of Google Play policies and app release cycles.
  • UX and accessibility standards in mobile app development.
