- Appointment Scheduling :

- Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to both clients and sales reps.
- Client Communication :
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

- Address inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to secure appointments.
- Sales Support :
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align appointment-setting efforts with overall sales objectives.
