Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 annually (Base Pay + Commission)

Position OverviewWe are seeking ambitious, professional, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Opener. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in our sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to develop a successful career in sales.
As a Sales Opener, you will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and facilitate a seamless transition to a Resolution Officer for a comprehensive consultation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain valuable sales experience within a structured, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and establish professional rapport.
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand each client's circumstances and determine eligibility for our services.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and explain the client onboarding process.
  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM platform.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with Resolution Officers and other team members to support client success.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.
  • Follow up with prospective clients as necessary to ensure timely engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with prospective clients.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center operations, or other client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
  • Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
