We are seeking an experienced AFSIM Mission-Level Modeling & Simulation Analyst to build, run, and evaluate high‑fidelity mission-level simulations using the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM). In this role, you'll accelerate your career while contributing as a key member of a multidisciplinary team providing essential modeling and simulation support to DoD programs, including platform assessments, operational scenario development, and mission effectiveness analysis. Become part of a collaborative, mission-focused engineering team located near Wright-Patterson AFB.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of AFSIM Analyst

  • Familiarity with DoD Modeling & Simulation (M&S) processes, including Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A)

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in dynamic, small-team environments with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
