Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with new people? Orca Blue is looking for energetic Entry-Level Appointment Setters to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity to build valuable sales and communication skills while working directly with potential customers in the field. You don't need years of sales experience—we're looking for people with the right attitude, strong people skills, and the drive to succeed.
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first connection between potential customers and our sales team. Your conversations will help identify opportunities, generate interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our closers.
Meet and engage potential customers through face-to-face conversations.
Introduce Orca Blue and explain our services in a friendly, professional way.
Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
Build rapport and create positive first impressions.
Qualify interested prospects and gather relevant information.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Manage your daily activity and consistently work toward performance goals.
Represent Orca Blue professionally in every customer interaction.
This is a commission-based opportunity where your earnings are tied to your performance.
Potential earnings: $1,000–$10,000 per month
The more qualified opportunities you create and appointments you generate, the greater your earning potential.
