· Identify, analyze, document, and support resolution of combat system issues, design problems, high-failure-rate items, performance deficiencies, anomalies, part shortages, operator difficulties, training deficiencies, environmental and safety issues, and equipment casualties.

· When Fleet or site-supplied watchstanders are unavailable, operate and maintain the Combat/Weapon System during test preparation and execution, including support to SSDS testing at Wallops Island, aboard the Self Defense Test Ship, and MMSC post-delivery testing and trials as assigned.

· Support post-event meetings by briefing and discussing event outcomes, performance problems, lessons learned, and program recommendations.

· Analyze Test Observation Reports (TORs), lessons learned, and emergent issues; participate in Data Analysis Working Groups (DAWGs); support root-cause analysis; and produce Quick Look reports.

· Manage and document potential and confirmed software, hardware, and logistics issues using the designated TOR database.
