This position is onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Join the Moving Help team and play a key role in shaping an exceptional customer experience! We're looking for a driven, energetic professional who is passionate about going above and beyond for customers every single day.

In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking, problem-solving, and clear communication are essential. You'll turn customer feedback into meaningful action, ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued, heard, and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer surveys and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement creative, data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Proactively reach out to customers with tailored resolutions based on findings.
  • Manage time-sensitive issues while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality assurance (QA) purposes.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Review and respond to BBB complaints with well-structured, customer-focused solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to customer-facing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
  • Familiarity with Moving Help services or similar industries.
  • Experience with QA monitoring, complaint resolution, or customer analytics.
