Job Overview:
As a Facility Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of systems and structures across our locations. Your primary focus will be on facility maintenance and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical:
- Install new equipment
- Move electrical outlets and switches
- Repair and replace interior/exterior lights
Plumbing:
- Replace or repair toilets
- Move or repair water lines
- Sink repairs
General Maintenance:
- Repair doors, cabinets, windows, and locks
- Ceiling and wall construction and repairs (stud and concrete)
- Drywall repair and installation
- Painting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or construction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for team communication and task updates.
- Valid driver’s license.
