Position Overview :    Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Cleaner — also known as a Cleaning Specialist, Janitorial Specialist, or Custodian — and take pride in keeping our facility spotless, safe, and welcoming. In this hands-on role, you'll clean and maintain all areas of our facility—from restrooms and offices to lobbies and production floors—ensuring each space is stocked, organized, and running smoothly. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a polished, professional environment for employees and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, conference rooms, and other assigned areas, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide “white glove” service to maintain a polished and professional environment across all common and shared spaces
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles daily and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors, especially around entrances, walkways, and employee gathering areas
• Complete routine cleaning and maintenance request tickets in a timely and thorough manner
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, restocking consumables, and completing minor repairs as needed
• Assist in preventative maintenance efforts and promptly report any facility issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Facility Engineer Manager
• Interact professionally with employees across all departments and respond to facility-related needs with a customer service-oriented approach
• Follow all company safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management to support the facility's overall cleanliness and functionality
