Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. The Senior Facility Integrity Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Lead facility integrity efforts and programs for assigned facilities. * Determine the Evaluation Method for assigned facility assets. * Identify preventive and mitigative measures to reduce impact or eliminate facility releases. * Provide technical support for in-service facility releases should they occur. * Perform High Consequence Area (HCA) impact analysis for facility assets. * Perform Risk Analysis for facility assets. * Perform data gathering and quality control of Facility Integrity data. * Develop and maintain standards, procedures and guidelines to support the Integrity Management Program for all facilities. * Complete assigned tasks to meet team goals and achieve target Key Performance Indicators. * Evaluate and provide recommendations to the Company on new technologies for assessment and/or repair methods. * Stay current with regulations, industry standards, integrity assessment methods, repair methods, and other applicable technologies. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: * A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering is required. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas facility engineering, or equivalent, is required. * Technical knowledge about various integrity assessment methods is required. * Technical knowledge about defect evaluation and appropriate repairs is required. * Technical knowledge about NDE technologies and their application is required. * Technical knowledge for interpreting facility drawings, including plot plans, piping and instrument diagrams, schematics, and isometrics. * Working knowledge of the various Federal and State regulations including Integrity Management regulations is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, is required * Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team with both office-based and field-based staff is required. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required. * Technical knowledge in Risk Assessment and Management is preferred. * Experience in midstream facility design, operations, or integrity assessment is preferred. * API, AMPP (NACE), ASNT certification is preferred. * Working knowledge of data management methods is preferred, including use of MS Access and SQL Server databases. * Working knowledge of geospatial analysis is preferred, including use of ArcGIS Pro or QGIS and PostgreSQL/PostGIS, or similar tools.
