Devine Business Group is seeking a full-time Sales Representative and Field Trainer for a motivated professional who thrives in business to business direct sales. This role involves the sale of supplemental insurance, to business owners and their employees, along with the training and development of future sales leaders.

This independent contractor position is a structured, performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals who take ownership of results, value accountability, and are committed to long-term professional growth.

Job Details

  • Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 per year (Starting draw, commission, bonuses)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed

  • Work Style: In-person B2B direct sales
