About Fortify Fitness Collective
Fortify Fitness Collective is more than a gym — it’s a community built on Effort, Enthusiasm, and Integrity. We exist to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident while feeling supported every step of the way.
We believe world-class coaching changes lives. We also believe great coaches don’t stop at the whiteboard — they lead, connect, and continuously raise the standard for themselves and the people around them.
If you love coaching, care deeply about people, and want to grow professionally and personally, this role was built for you.
The Role
The Full-Time Coach is a highly visible leader on the floor and an important contributor behind the scenes. This role is responsible for delivering a world-class class experience, supporting gym initiatives, and helping Fortify grow through exceptional coaching, engagement, and ownership.
This is not a “clock-in, coach, clock-out” position. It is a career-track role with clear growth opportunities into senior leadership, Head Coach, or GM-level responsibility for the right person.
