We are seeking a highly autonomous, creative, and metric-driven Head of Community & Growth to own our social media presence and cultivate community. You will lead the voice of DreamForge in public communities, help drive user acquisition and activation during launch, and build long-term engagement engines around our product. You will be responsible for planning and executing launch campaigns, managing social platforms, and forging relationships with creators and power users.
