Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to join our product development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements while also contributing to the design process through wireframing and user workflow visualization.
You will play a key role in shaping product features from concept to release, bridging the gap between stakeholders, developers, and end users to ensure solutions are well-defined, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product team and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Create wireframes and mockups to visualize requirements and support design discussions
- Assist in maintaining internal wiki and product documentation
- Develop feature documentation and user-facing materials
- Write and distribute release notes to communicate product updates to end users
- Create short videos or walkthroughs to demonstrate new features and application changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a product or software development environment
- Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation
- Experienced in creating wireframes or mockups (tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Solid understanding of user workflows and application usability principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Experience creating user training materials or walkthrough videos
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Experience working with Atlassian (tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Compensation Range $70,000 - $80,000 USD
