Product Marketing Intern

This is for a hybrid role in Austin, Texas US. Optional 5 days per week in Austin, Texas offices is highly encouraged.

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will partner with experienced product marketing, product management, sales, and communications professionals to support the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities of Thales solutions. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world product marketing work, contributing to content development, market research, competitive analysis, and campaign execution while learning how technology products are brought to market at scale, especially in the world of AI.

Key Areas of Responsibility As part of the Thales Team, Interns will support specific areas aligned with their post graduate degree major and course of study, partnering with key team members in their field of study and provided the opportunity to gain real world experience while working on innovative projects that are helping Thales lead in a wide variety of industries by building a future we can all trust.
Organize and migrate product marketing content into a centralized repository.
Apply basic tagging and metadata to support search and AI-assisted reuse.
Convert existing materials into structured, AI-ready formats.
Identify outdated or duplicate assets for review.
Support documentation and testing of AI-enabled marketing workflows.
Adhere to internal branding, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Actively enrolled in an accredited university or college, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to structure information clearly and concisely for different audiences
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed
Commitment to professional development
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Passion for technology, innovation, and storytelling
Other qualifications highly sought including :
Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, or digital identity
Familiarity with basic marketing concepts (positioning, messaging, buyer personas) or demonstrated experience in marketing
Strong planning, time management, and analytical skills
