The Inventory And Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. This role plays a critical part in maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing production delays, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered (5+ years) in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
