JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Learning Experience Architect to reimagine and innovate our learning and development programs. This role involves creating, managing, and implementing blended learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and behavior change, leveraging digital and AI-driven modalities. The ideal candidate will develop scalable learning frameworks, automate learning solutions for efficiency, and facilitate impactful learning experiences while collaborating cross-functionally to align learning solutions with business objectives.
