ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.
Dates: June 8 to August 14, 2026
Hours: 40 hours a week
Pay: $18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
• The Programming Strategy Intern will support key analytical and operational initiatives across Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión.
• The primary project will be the development of a centralized Excel macro-enabled tool to streamline the tracking and reporting of content amortization for all Televisa-sourced programming. This tool will automate the consolidation of existing reports and provide clear summaries of episode airings and remaining amortization across multiple shows, significantly reducing manual processes and improving efficiency for Finance and Programming teams.
• In addition to the core project, the intern will also assist with day-to-day Programming Strategy responsibilities, including screening and evaluating content for all networks and developing acquisition proposals supported by performance data, strategic rationale, and audience insights.
• Additional responsibilities include supporting holiday labeling recommendations to maximize ratings performance, contributing to proposals aimed at growing social media presence for Galavisión and UniMás, and providing general analytical and administrative support across ongoing projects.
• There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.
YOU HAVE:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university (preferably in Business, Communication, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field)
• Recently graduated or expected graduation of Summer 2026 or Winter 2026
• Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile data across multiple sources
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to go above and beyond
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
