PAY: $25–$40 per hour, commission, and bonuses

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN?
In this role, you'll travel to residential homes to assess HVAC concerns, perform accurate diagnostics, and complete repairs effectively. You'll communicate findings clearly to homeowners, provide reliable solutions, and represent Thermacon professionally.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This full‑time position runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with on‑call rotation and overtime available.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN?
At least three years of related HVAC experience is preferred.
