Pay Rate: $45 - $50/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform Installation, configuration, and maintenance for Alfresco Governance Services (AGS), Alfresco Process Service (APS), and Alfresco Content System (ACS) within a Windows and Linux ecosystems.
• Provide Alfresco expertise and best practices for a new implementation of Alfresco as an enterprise digital asset and content management system.
• Conduct system administration duties such as setup, on-going configuration, including but not limited to installation, configuration, patching, customization, and to apply and maintain DoD security STIG compliance.
• Own all tasks to integrate Alfresco and external enterprise task management tools.
• Experience integrating Alfresco with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication.
• Ability to manage and maintain Alfresco workflows, data separation rules, and permission structures.
• Prepare "as-is" and "to-be" network and process diagrams.
• Identify areas for improvement in the Alfresco system and collaborate closely with the vendor.
• Experienced in implementing Alfresco Governance Records Management solutions, utilizing platform capabilities and customizations to ensure compliance with regulations, while streamlining configurations and workflows to efficiently automate records lifecycle processes through stakeholder collaboration.
• Administer Alfresco PNP modules, optimizing system performance through dashboard configurations, while showcasing expertise in customizing and enhancing them to align with business goals and improve performance within the framework.
• Proficient in Java programming and API utilization, adept at crafting reliable and scalable solutions focusing on efficiency.
• Manage and oversee Alfresco integration with other enterprise systems and applications, such as SailPoint, Azure, and Workday, for user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
• Implement and enforce security policies and measures to protect sensitive information within Alfresco, ensuring access controls to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to document management, retention, and compliance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively utilize Alfresco for document management and collaboration. Address user questions, issues, and requests promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for change implementations, validations, and performance testing to ensure services meet defined SLAs in all environments. This includes Alfresco infrastructure changes and application enhancements.
• Prepare visual representations suitable for publication and use in strategic communications.
• Perform daily Alfresco sustainment.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize system processes and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct desk-side support for client technical support staff.

Requirements and Skills:

• Over 5 years of Java development experience
• Proficiency in understanding and writing RESTful JSON-based APIs
• Good knowledge in the following Alfresco technologies:
• Alfresco Content Services (ACS)
• Alfresco Governance Services (AGS) / Records Management (RM)
• Alfresco Content Accelerator for Policy and Procedure Management (ACA/PNP)
• Strong problem-solving skills
