Warehouse Picker/Loader
Penmac Staffing is hiring motivated and dependable Picker/Loaders to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value accuracy, and want to support the movement of high-quality food products. Job Responsibilities
• Unload inbound trucks at the start of each shift and load outbound trucks at the end of the day
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners
• Inspect products for freshness, quality, and accuracy
• Build, wrap, and label pallets for shipment
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks, carts, and scanners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory rotation
• Meet or exceed daily accuracy and productivity goals
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience, specifically in picking and loading
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and/or frozen environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willing to learn warehouse systems (training provided)
Pay, Schedule and Benefits
• Pay: $15/hr+ based on experience and performance
• Hours: Long-term, part-time position Monday-Friday from 7:45am-12:00pm, with possible shift times on Saturday (Must be flexible to work weekends)
