Up to $45/hr depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting the first of the month 401(k) retirement plan Short term and long term disability coverage 3 weeks PTO, 2 floating holidays, and 10 paid holidays Stable work supporting major shipbuilding and defense programs Job Details Job Details Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment Read blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts to specification Inspect parts during production using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Adjust machine settings to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards Troubleshoot tooling, fixturing, and machining issues Work with programmers, engineers, and machinists to meet production goals Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or multi axis machines) Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Working knowledge of G code and machine offsets Experience using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and ability to hold tight tolerances Comfort working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Interested in hearing more?
