Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Childcare Educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate and aligned with educational standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and maintaining high-quality care.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through vigilant supervision and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage respectful interactions and self-regulation among children.
- Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs and developmental goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress, attendance records, and incident reports as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in classroom management.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of educators while maintaining a nurturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and community partners.
- Experience with behavior management techniques and creating inclusive learning environments.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing requirements for childcare providers.
- CDA, Early Childhood Education Degree, Family Studies, Child Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
- Lead Teacher: $20.70-$21.51.
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

- All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.
