Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced industrial food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior machine operating experience specifically within the food manufacturing industry and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities : Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging machinery according to specifications Ensure consistent product quality by adjusting machine settings and performing routine quality checks Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and compliant work area Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed Accurately record production data and complete required documentation Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment and workspace Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and production efficiency Required Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in an industrial food manufacturing environment Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and procedures Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Preferred Qualifications : Experience with automated or semi-automated food processing or packaging lines Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
