This role ensures accurate and efficient processing of contributions while also delivering exceptional service to donors through timely communication and support. Utilizes basic math skills to add and balance daily cash, checks and credit card transactions. Makes outbound acknowledgement thank-you calls to enhance donor engagement. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a donor-centric attitude.
