About This Role:
This position will be responsible for driving the Mobile Health Center (MHC), maintaining the unit and functioning as Patient Engagement Specialist (PES). Also oversees the units schedule in conjunction with Medical and Dental program supervisor. Responsibilities will include schedule management, site coordination, and oversight of safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the MHC and patient registration. The candidate must be able to coordinate the delivery of care in a variety of settings and adapt to changes as necessary. The candidate must have a clean driving record and can drive large vehicles.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the Mobile Health Center (MHC), ensuring it is stocked, maintained, and service-ready.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Partner with sites and clinical teams to execute events, manage setup, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure timely arrival and closeout.
- Assist with forms, patient check-in, scheduling, and EHR updates.
- Coordinate consent forms and pre-visit information with patients and partners.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver excellent, culturally sensitive customer service.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service field; healthcare experience preferred
- Experience driving vehicles a prolonged period of time highly desirable
Licenses, Certification or Registration:
- Valid Florida driver's license
