Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Expected 30 hours/week | No scheduled weekends (as needed basis) | No call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to a medically complex LTACH patient population, with a focus on post-ventilator and tracheostomy-related dysphagia
• Perform and interpret Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies using a mobile unit (Broken Arrow location) or C-Arm (Muskogee location)
• Document patient care using a split EHR system (Paper and Net Health)
• Float between two facility locations — Broken Arrow and Muskogee — as needed (approximately 40 miles one way)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams under the supervision of a Program Director or Regional Education Director

Required Qualifications

• Fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Demonstrated MBS experience
• Ability and willingness to float between two facility locations as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care setting with medically complex patients
• Familiarity with post-vent and trach dysphagia treatment protocols
• Dynamic, flexible personality well-suited to a multi-site environment
